How ISIS was created?

U.S. and NATO have been actively working to topple the president of Syria by arming and funding the ‘Syrian rebels’ since 2011. This has developed into a bloody civil war which has attracted militant jihadists from all over the world. It also created a vacuum of power which has enabled groups such as ISIS, Al-Qaeda and Al-Nusra to organize and establish strongholds. Currently, this scenario is repeating again in Libya. The U.S. claims to only be arming the ‘moderate’ rebels. However, the leadership of the Free Syrian Army (FSA) has stated that they regularly carried out joint operations with Al-Qaeda and its affiliates. This is how ISIS was created. Ben Swann explains:

Last month the Obama administration announced a plan to provide ‘moderate’ Syrian rebels with tools to call in U.S. airstrikes targeting ISIS. The question that arises for many is obvious. Will the U.S. use (or excuse) these rebels if they start targeting the Syrian military? After all, regime change in Syria happens to be a mutually shared goal of ISIS, the U.S., Saudi Arabia, Israel, and any Syrian rebel the Pentagon is able to recruit for their new army.
